I deal with you – a friend I just do not know yet – very open and transparent. Therefore, this part of the site is not summarized as an event, but the parts are preserved in the original and reflect different times of my life.

My parents, Carmelo Catrini and Charlotte Catrini made my way in the world very easy with their love and care.
I had a wonderful, warm and respectful upbringing. I was told every day that they love me and that I am the greatest. I was strengthened in every idea and supported in all my plans. Even in the crazy things I was told every day that this too can be done. Simply, anything is possible!
Today I am said to have “an ego like the Great Wall of China”. I wonder where that comes from! Mum, Dad, I love you! Thank you for EVERYTHING

She also makes my life easy. We have created a harmonious and warm home. A place where you love to come home to. A place where you are welcomed with a smile and a loving hug – you are told every day that you are the greatest and the best – but I am allowed to give that back in the same measure.
For 3 hours people roll problems in the head. 2 to 3 hours Hartz 4 TV and 8 hours sleep. The rest is called life! Wow.
So you finally get to know yourself and especially your counterpart.
You can actively control your life positively through right behavior.
You first have to know who you are, then the other person. Suddenly, the relationship with each other becomes more harmonious.
Then it is a positive spiral in development. By being in a good mood yourself, you master things in life from a completely different perspective. You no longer worry about the circumstances, but work unconsciously on solutions.
Please believe me, there is not a single person without any problems. Everyone has their own package to carry.
It’s just a question of how you deal with it. And that, alone, has nothing to do with the choice of profession. Here it concerns the human being. YOU.
So you finally get to know yourself and especially your counterpart.

You develop permanently forward and thus automatically have the knowledge that you get everything managed in your life. Everything you want. Thus you have success. Success in your life as a person, and that automatically includes your job.

I, as a husband, had to witness taking my wife to a hospital, and after a week, leaving the hospital without her. Alone into a house… into our house, without her.
Everything was different… Every single day started and ended with pain and sadness. Such a fun-loving, loyal and lovable person had to leave us at the age of 38. In the year 2017 Yasmin would have turned 40.
That I am still here today, I owe not only the many dears and warm people around me in this time, no, but also my mindset. The mindset that Yasmin and I had built up together.
Never give up and be the change itself.
This change is me now! I have accepted this inheritance and give 24 hours to make it happen for me. “To be happy.” Easy? Absolutely not. Especially in this difficult time.
As I wrote in the first part and also like to quote Captain Jack Sparrow:
“It’s not the problem that’s the problem, it’s your attitude toward the problem that’s the problem.”
I will have to learn to accept all this, let go and allow it again. Today, I am on a good path again and I am moving forward with a zest for action. I live the change. Inside as well as outside. Yes, I have not only changed on the inside but also the outside. In 2013 I still weighed 131kg at 170cm. Now my weight is between 70 and 75kg. “Be the change!”
